This program is specifically designed to help our youth stay active and improve their confidence and athleticism through increased speed, agility, strength, reaction, endurance, and injury prevention.
Sessions take place in a group setting and are led by our expert coaches in the most fun and supportive environment imaginable.

Our youth camps are perfect for all levels!
Camps are perfect for Middle School aged children (ages 10-13).
This program is ideal for those who are looking to stay active, improve their athletic performance and reduce injury risk.
What to Expect at Your First Session
Be ready to get active! On the first day, we’ll jump right into working out. Come to each camp day wearing loose-fitting athletic clothing and gym shoes, and bring a water bottle!
This type of program has a few important benefits:
- Improves athletic speed, agility, power, coordination, core & total body strength, and conditioning
- Helps athletes become less susceptible to injuries
