Not at all. Our gym is perfect for people who have either never worked out before or haven’t worked out in a long time. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into a routine, we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build confidence, strength, and momentum – one day at a time.
It depends on the type of training you’re looking for – whether it’s small group personal training, one-on-one coaching, or our larger group personal training sessions. We offer flexible options to fit your goals and schedule. Memberships start as low as $40 a week.
We’re open early and stay open late to fit your schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 5:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Friday: 5:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: Classes from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Sunday: Classes from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
You can find us at 115 Northeastern Boulevard, right off Exit 5, near Mine Falls Park and Stellos Stadium.

No matter which format you choose, you’ll get individualized attention in every session. Our coaches tailor the workouts to your level, goals, and progress – so you’re never just another face in the crowd.
The focus is on functional strength and conditioning in a weekly format that balances strength, cardio, and recovery:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Strength & Conditioning
Tuesday, Thursday,
Saturday – High-intensity cardio workouts (Metcons)
Sunday – Recharge: our take on mobility, flexibility, and recovery
We’re also proud to be a HYROX training gym, and you’ll see that influence in our cardio days – with workouts that blend endurance, intensity, and performance-driven movements. Whether you’re training for an event or just want to level up your fitness, you’ll find the structure and support you need here.
We’re not a traditional open gym – all of our training happens in a coached environment. That means every session is structured, guided, and designed to help you get the most out of your time here. You won’t be left wandering or guessing what to do – our coaches are with you every step of the way.
Yes – we have showers, plenty of space to get ready, and cubbies to safely store your things during workouts. After class, feel free to hang out in our lobby – it’s got comfy couches, fresh coffee, and a laid-back vibe. Whether you’re heading to work or just want to relax for a bit, we’ve got you covered.
Yes, we offer up to 60-day holds for travel or extended time away – certain terms apply, but we’re happy to work with you. If you’re injured, we don’t just hit pause. We’ve got some of the most educated and experienced coaches in the industry, and we’ll work closely with you (and your physical therapist if needed) to modify workouts and keep you moving safely. Our goal is to help you maintain progress without risking further injury.
