Get ready for DSC’s most energetic week of the year – where high-intensity cardio meets pure
fun.

What’s MetCon Week?
We transform our gym into a festival of fitness or fitness Festivus if you will, swapping our usual
strength programming for old fashioned, red blooded, heart-pumping, metabolic conditioning.
Think rowing challenges, ski erg sprints, and medicine ball workouts – all wrapped in themed
classes, costumes, and friendly competition.

Why We Do It:

  • It’s a time to give your muscles a strategic break from heavy lifting (our version of D-load)
  • So that our strength-day crew can experience MetCons and do some engine building
  • It builds our community through shared challenges and laughs
