What is Dynamic Strength Camp?
Science, research and decades of experience all point to the same conclusions: Kids and adults will get active, stay active, and even reach the greatest heights of athletic potential if they do the right things at the right time. This is the logic behind the Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) model that we adhere to at Dynamic Strength and Conditioning.
Dynamic Strength Camp takes place in a group setting and is led by instructors and coaches. Our camps provide an introduction to athletic development through training of fundamental movement skills, power development, sprint mechanics, jumping and landing techniques, plyometrics, strength training, speed and agility training, energy system development, and injury prevention.
Who is Dynamic Strength Camp for?
Our camps are divided into middle school and high-school groups. This program is ideal for those who are looking to stay active and improve their athletic performance.
What to Expect at Your First Session
Be ready to get active! On the first day, we’ll jump right into working out. Come to camp wearing loose-fitting athletic clothing and gym shoes, and bring a water bottle!
This type of program has a few important benefits:
- Helps athletes become less susceptible to injuries
- Improves athletes’ ability to perform technical and tactical skills more effectively
- Empowers athletes to cope with the demands of the sport played
- Learn about proper nutrition and hydration
Spring Rates and Schedule
March 12th - May 24th (60 minute sessions)
Middle School (2x/week)
High-School (2 to 4x/week)
Monday-Thursday (2:30-3:30 & 5:00-6:00pm)
