A year ago we started our first DSC Nutrition Coaching Group and what an incredible year it has been!
We knew people were ready to take their nutrition to the next level.
They wanted to be more consistent.
They wanted to look and feel great.
What they were doing during the other 23 hours a day while they weren't at the gym was drastically affecting their quest for results.
We also knew there was so much confusion surrounding what to eat, when to eat it, and why.
Today there is so much information and gimmicks out there, it's tough to know who to trust.
Lastly, along with educating our nutrition coaching members and instilling better habits, we knew a little accountability from our coaches would also go a long way.

Something really needed to change. When I was asked if I would like to join round two of Phase One, I jumped in.

"Weight had always been an issue for me.
Having just turned 44, I was concerned about my health as heart disease and diabetes run in my family.
My blood pressure and blood sugar weren't high, but I had seen them go up slightly every year and decided it was now or never.
Actually charting what I was eating every day, seeing how many calories, fat, protein and carbs were in the things I always thought were healthy, was a real eye opener!
After 8 weeks, I am now 20lbs lighter and smaller by 11.6" overall; 5.6" across my hips/butt alone!

Meet Carolyn and Phil - Down a total of 45lbs!
The program was a home run from the onset.
Phil has lost 30lbs since starting the program.
His fat percentage went down to the “excellent” range, and he was so much smaller that all of his suits were too big and needed to be replaced.
I have lost 15 pounds so far, and incredibly, ALL of it is in body fat mass, not lean mass.
My body fat percentage went from over 33% (high range) to 26% (good range).
I feel like I’m 20 years younger, working out is much easier and more fun, and I’m in a smaller clothing size than I’ve ever worn!

Meet Dave - down 10lbs! (22 overall)
"When I started at DSC in March, I weighed 210. At my most, I weighed over 215 (not exactly sure, I didn’t really want to know the number). I also struggle with high cholesterol and acid reflux. My doctor has told me that losing weight and adjusting my diet would help both of these issues.
At post-program testing, which I did after less than seven weeks, I lost 10 pounds of fat, gained four pounds of muscle and feel tremendous! My weight is down to 188 and I’m on track to get even lower!
I got my cholesterol tested in August and I was thrilled! "
