What can you expect from DSC's Nutrition Coaching Program?
Week one of our Nutrition Coaching Program is all about getting to know you.
We sit down to discuss what exactly you want to get out of the program, what your current challenges are and map out the action plan to get you on your way to reaching your goals.
Have big goals? No problem. We'll make them manageable and help you every step of the way.
Some members are looking for weight-loss.
Others are looking for muscle gain and better performance in the gym.
Some are looking for better nutritional planning around their busy lives.
Some have little to no nutritional background and are looking for more knowledge and a clear path to a healthier lifestyle.
Maybe for you it's a combination.
Our coaches will provide you with personalized coaching and the specific tools to get you reaching your nutritional goals.
Support & accountability
One of the most unique aspects of our program is the support of the group setting.
To keep our members connected we use a private Facebook group.
Here, our coaches post the week's goal and habit, homework, educational videos, articles and more.
You and the other members will then share questions, ideas recipes and help motivate and support each other.
Our coaches will provide you with the framework to reach your goals, but most importantly will hold you accountable.
Yes, we'll be checking in to make sure you're on track, completing your tasks and building new and improved nutritional habits.

Habit and lifestyle changes
This program is not a meal plan. It is also not a diet.
The problem with programs that focus on meal plans or strict diets is that they are not sustainable and they leave you with ZERO education to make your own choices.
We do the complete opposite.
My job as the Director of Nutrition Coaching is to arm you with specific habits and life style changes to not only allow you to reach your goals, but to have the tools and education to make the right choices for you once the program is over.
Did you know that only 20% of "strict dieters" keep the weight off after their diet is over.
On top of that, study after study has shown that willpower simply does not work.
Instead, we focus on simple habits that become automatic.
In fact, we introduce a new habit each week, while building off the previous weeks.
At the same time, we work to eliminate old, detrimental habits like overeating, eating when bored or emotional eating.
We introduce habits like meal prepping & planning, grocery shopping, hydration, and eating the right foods before and after workouts and much more!
We don't just teach you habits, we help you easily ingrain them into your busy life.
When it comes to improving your health and getting the body you deserve, consistency is key!
This is why we focus on all phases of nutrition and health:
- Meal prep
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Pre and post workout meals
- Getting through the weekend
- How to get back and stay on track
